How employers and employees can give and gain through volunteering
	How employers and employees can contribute: fundraising, admin, mgt., marketing, services same as performed on job or as business, etc. on behalf of local agencies and events.   What employers and employees gain: skills, knowledge, experience, brand recognition, perspective on potential business opportunities, recognition for serving the community, etc.   How it works: Employers give employees paid "holidays" in which they go to "work" volunteering their skills and knowledge with local community service agencies.
